José Luis Colón Reyes discovered technology early — not as a tool, but as a way of thinking. What began as curiosity, taking systems apart to understand how they worked, grew into a lifelong discipline of building.
From his first software experiments to years spent across web development, business process engineering, and artificial intelligence, one conviction never changed: the most meaningful technology connects to something larger than itself. He believes systems should be built first and decorated later, that intelligence should serve people — not the other way around — and that the companies worth building are the ones built for decades, not quarters.
Ideliom is the realization of that conviction: an ecosystem where AI, human connection, care, identity, and infrastructure work as one — designed to serve humanity for generations.
Why we exist.
We started Ideliom with a simple question: why does so much of our technology still feel disconnected? We have more tools than ever, yet the experiences they create are fragmented — communication in one place, care in another, memory scattered across services that don't speak to each other. Ideliom exists to change that.
Every product we build starts with a real problem. Karso explores a new model for human connection. Celestina focuses on care. Voryser preserves memory and legacy. NOVA Learning grows with learners. PR Pulso organizes Puerto Rico-focused intelligence. Across the portfolio, our goal is to build products that can benefit from shared principles without losing their individual purpose.
Technology should empower people, not extract from them. It should adapt to human needs, not force people to adapt to it. Every decision we make begins with a single test: does this serve the person using it?

Karso is the most feature-rich application currently in the portfolio. Its codebase includes social feeds, profiles, communities, messaging, creator and professional tools, media, commerce, learning, gaming, family controls and extensive safety and account infrastructure.
PR Pulso
Community reporting and intelligence for Puerto Rico.
PR Pulso currently combines incident reporting, live reports, public dashboards, local intelligence, community-help workflows, profiles, following, moderation and a substantial security-control model.
Voryser
Memory, voice and life knowledge preserved over time.
Voryser has evolved beyond a simple memory archive. The current application includes Voice Twin, legacy and knowledge vaults, family sharing, personal advisors, decisions, goals, relationships, emotional insights and long-term personal context.
Celestina
A coordinated view of care, health and family support.
Celestina's current code supports care households and profiles, medications, appointments, health observations and measurements, care-team coordination, conversations, clinical documents and emergency planning.
NOVA Learning
Learning that grows with the learner.
NOVA Learning already contains learner profiles, diagnostics, lessons, subjects, reading, projects, homework coaching, planning, progress, rewards, family dashboards, reports, safety and curriculum administration.
Aveliq OS
Pet care, services and records in one operating experience.
The current Aveliq OS implementation is a pet-care operations platform, not a generic work operating system. It includes customer and pet management, services, appointment booking, vaccinations, service reports and administrative operations.
