These terms apply to visitors and users of Ideliom-operated products and services, as applicable to each product's availability and specific terms.

Use of Services

You agree to use Ideliom services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Ideliom services — including software, text, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by Ideliom and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create on our platforms, but grant Ideliom a license to use, display, and distribute it as necessary to provide and improve our services.

AI-Generated Content

Ideliom platforms may generate content using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated content before relying on it. Ideliom does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated output.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use our services in a way that could harm other users or the Ideliom ecosystem. You may also choose to deactivate your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ideliom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Ideliom in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated through our platforms or via email. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
